Where we ship
We currently ship from Maryland, USA to all U.S. states, territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

During launches, sales, or restocks, processing may take 3–5 business days.

Pre-order items will ship on or before the date shown on the product page.
Carriers & Methods
We primarily ship via USPS (Ground Advantage / Priority Mail) and UPS Ground. At checkout you’ll see available services and estimated transit times.
Rates & Free Shipping

Real-time rates are shown at checkout based on weight, destination, and speed.

Free U.S. shipping on orders over $80 after discounts, before taxes.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after your label is created.
Warm-Weather & Heat-Sensitive Items
Some products are tallow-based and can soften in transit during warm months—this is normal and not considered damage. If softened, place items in a cool area or refrigerate briefly to re-solidify. We ship with dry ice when it is above 80 degrees Fahrenheit, if a product arrives melted please let us know and we can ship when it cools down a bit.
To reduce weekend holds, we may ship Mon–Wed during heat waves.
Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to reroute packages once shipped.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship to a corrected address; reship postage will apply.

Marked “Delivered” but not received? First check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier. If still missing after 3 business days, email us.
Damages & Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a missing item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the box and product so we can help.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to cancel or edit your order? Email us within one hour of placing it. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we can no longer make changes.
Holiday & Launch Periods
During peak seasons (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, holidays, major launches), please allow extra time for processing and carrier transit.
